American Victor Model V Spearpoint Horn 78RPM Phonograph In Oak
Considered one of the best-performing Victor phonograph models of its day, the Victor Model V is the result of expert craftsmanship inside and out. Within is one of Victor’s most robust triple-spring-driven motors, offering longer playtime. Outside, the handsome quarter-sawn oak case is styled with square column corners and fitted with a beautiful Spearpoint wood horn. The Spearpoint, named for the spear-like points carved into the perimeter, was Victor’s finest and the most expensive horn option of the early 1900s. The case bears the metal plaque for the Victor Talking Machine Co., and the horn also bears the iconic logo. Nothing compares to the sound and sentiments generated by these wonderful musical machines.
