English Litchfield Cathedral Skeleton Clock By Evans Of Hansworth

The famed Lichfield Cathedral comes to life in this extraordinary skeleton clock. Known for its iconic three-spire top and exemplary gothic architecture, this skeleton clock takes on a dramatic shape. An impressive 2-train chain fusee movement powers this clock, which features an eight-day movement that strikes the hour on a tuned gong. The elaborate pieced and engraved silver dial displays the time on Roman numerals with blued steel hands. The impressive clock resides underneath an oval glass dome and rests on the original rosewood base.

Evans of Handsworth held a place as one of the most renowned makers of English skeleton clocks in the late 1800s. Known to produce some of the most complex and extravagant timepieces, Evans clocks have become some of the most highly desirable skeleton clocks on the market today.

This impressive skeleton clock bears a complete restoration and a one-year warranty.
