American Edison Cylinder Model C Phonograph
Dating to 1910, the Edison Model C phonograph utilizes cylinders as the medium to play recordings. This model is presented in an oak case with fine box jointed corners and fitted with a 10-panel cygnet horn embellished with wonderful hand-painted florals and gilt trim.
A simple turn of a crank winds the large mainspring mechanism that powers the phonograph and plays a cylinder that is slipped onto a spindle. The Edison signature is on both the case and mechanism. A true treasure of entertainment and musical recording history.
This fully restored phonograph comes with a one-year warranty and 10 cylinders.
