American Dueber-Hampden 14K Gold Pendant Watch

An elegant American open-face pendant watch by the Dueber-Hampden Watch Company of Canton, Ohio, dating to circa 1911. Its white enamel dial is distinguished by graceful cobalt-blue numerals with delicate gold accents, creating a refined contrast within the compact 30 mm case.

The 14K gold Dueber case is ornamented with an engraved back, lending the watch the decorative character of a fine piece of jewelry. Inside is a 15-jewel Hampden “Diadem” movement, reflecting the quality of early 20th-century American watchmaking.
