American Rare Chelsea Sculptural Bronze Wall Clock

A unique and large American Chelsea sculptural bronze wall clock. Depicting the hunting scene of a Native American with an angry bear lurking on the ridge above.  The bronze casting bears the artist’s signature “M. Peinlich, Sct” and also the foundry, “Cast by Griffoul, Newark, NJ 1913”.

Set into the lower portion of the artwork is a  5 1/2″ diameter Chelsea clock.  Having a silvered dial with applied bronze Arabic numerals and signed “Theodore B Starr, New York.”  An eight day movement strikes the hour and half hour on a tuned gong.  Also the movement is signed “Chelsea Clock Co, Boston”.

Further this handsome and artistic clock has been fully restored and comes with a one year warranty.
