Breguet Classique Reference 3057 Perpetual Calendar With Moon Phase Wrist Watch
Founded in 1775 and considered one of the most respected names in the watch industry, few brands have contributed as many mechanical achievements and design elements to the world of watchmaking as the House of Breguet. Among the firm’s most time-honored and recognizable dress watches is the Classique, which exudes elegance and Breguet’s long tradition of exemplary watchmaking. The reference 3057 boasts one of horology’s grand complications, a perpetual calendar. This exceptional watch accounts for every deviation in the month, day, date, and leap year and further tracks the phases of the moon.
The timepiece dons an elegant and classically styled 36mm circular 18K yellow gold case with a smooth domed bezel and a textured coin edge finish along the mid-case perimeter. At the center rests an exquisite engine-turned silvered dial with fine Guillouche engraving throughout. The watch presents a wealth of information beautifully across four sub-dials. At the 12 o’clock is the month and leap year, the day and date display respectfully at the 9 and 3 o’clock positions, and an aperture for the Moon Phase rests at the 6 o’clock. Framing the dial is a perfectly balanced brushed silver chapter ring with black Roman numeral hour markers and the iconic blued steel Breguet hands to indicate the time.
Adding to this watch’s impressive mechanical feat is an exhibition displaying the staggering and intricately engraved 35-jewel movement.
This tremendous horological masterpiece presents in its original box and carries an 18-month warranty.
