Bronze Sculpture “L’amour Vainqueur” by Adolphe Itasse

A wonderful figural bronze titled L’amour Vainqueur (or Love Victorious) and depicting Cupid and Psyche.  Sculpted by acclaimed French sculptor Adolphe Itasse (1830-1893). Itasse took his inspiration for this sculpture from a painting by William-Adolphe Bouguereau (French, 1825-1905).  Having a warm brown patina and mounted on a marble base.  Also, the base is signed with attribution and by the artist.
