English Mahogany Revolving Bookcase

A beautiful English mahogany revolving bookcase dating to the mid 1800’s, and crafted in the popular Chippendale style. The case features wonderful chinoiserie style pierced fretwork on all four sides. It is raised on a base with cabriole legs which also has lovely carving detail. The mahogany wood lends a warm and rich patina to this elegant piece. And finally it suits both functional and decorative needs. Perfect.
