French Neoclassical Crystal Regulator Garniture Set
This charming French crystal regulator garniture set exhibits wonderful artistry. Finely cast brass ormolu in the form of ribbons, garlands, and musical instruments adorn the clock over hand beveled glass panels. A highly decorative white marble urn surmounts the clock adding exceptional presence and height. The time displays on a convex porcelain dial with Arabic numerals and delicately pierced and gilt hands. A glittering rhinestone bezel surrounds the clock face adding unique adornment. Complementing the clock perfectly are two beautifully crafted candelabras made of ornate cast brass and white marble. Powering the clock is an 8-day movement with an hour and half-hour bell strike. All three pieces rest on white marble bases.
The clock dial displays the name of the maker, Samuel Marti Medaille D’ Or Paris, and retailer, Luppens & Cie Bruxelles.
This clock bears a full restoration and a one-year warranty.
