This handsome Howard & Company pocket watch takes on new life as a distinctive wristwatch. Originally manufactured by the Howard Watch Company of Boston, the addition of watch lugs adds new function and versatilely to a truly unique timepiece, making it a one-of-a-kind wristwatch. A sleek stainless steel case houses the 17 jewel manual movement with a custom-made exhibition back. The restored original two-tone dial features stylized Arabic numerals with a subsidiary seconds dial offset at the 9 o’clock position.
The Howard Watch Company was famous for producing unique and high-grade watch movements beginning in the mid-1800s. Further, Howard is the only American watch company to meet the rigorous standards of the distinguished “Geneva Seal” watches made in Geneva, Switzerland.
This handsome Art Deco period timepiece bears a full restoration and 18-month warranty.
The watch measures 55mm lug to lug and 44mm in diameter.
