A remarkable Howard pocket watch from the Art Deco era and expertly converted to a wrist watch. E. Howard & Co. was notable for producing probably the highest quality American watch movements of the time. This model was crafted with a stainless steel case and houses a 21 jewel movement observed through the exhibition back.
