English Tap Top Hotel Bell with Animal Motif
An ornate English raised-pedestal hotel bell in brass and bronze. The base and dome of this Victorian-era call bell are intriguingly embellished with a combination of the fantastical and naturalistic. Depicting images of birds, fox faces, squirrels, wild hounds, and a grinning devilish face. The floral tap top propels the clapper to ring the bell. A wonderful piece to display or add to a collection.
