Frosted Rock Crystal Brooch in 18K Yellow Gold

This beautiful brooch is fashioned with rock crystal, 18K yellow gold, and emeralds. Very nicely crafted in fluid, naturalistic characteristics centering a hand-carved leaf of frosted rock crystal. The luminous crystal leaf rests among a vining framework of bright 18K yellow gold that includes another leaf formed in the gold and accented by splashes of color from 4 round emeralds. The pretty green emeralds have a combined weight of 0.35 carats. This custom-made brooch is signed and stamped on the reverse. Dating to the early 1950’s, this truly wonderful accent piece is so versatile and fashionable today.
