Victorian Opal Cabochon and Rose Cut Diamond Ring
This lovely ring is the embodiment of Victorian character and charm. Warm 14K yellow gold serves as the background for an eye-catching arrangement of 7 mesmerizing cabochon opals and 12 rose-cut diamonds. An especially popular combination during the Victorian era, Queen Victoria herself was very partial to opals.
At the center rests the largest opal, accented by diamonds set in a gold flower form, encircled by 6 opals, alternately set between the petals. The outer opal cabochons emit vivid blue hues, and the elegant rose-cut diamonds, with their distinctive sparkle, total 0.12 carats.
Currently, this ring is a size 6 1/2 and can be resized.
This special ring is a wonderful balance of color and unmistakable Victorian artistry.
